So, who knows what the current best mortgage rates are these days?  And…..more importantly, how can I get this type of deal (do you call it a deal?).  Everyone keeps telling me that I have to shop around and find the current best mortgage rate that I can get.  Well….how does that happen.

Luckily, I have excellent credit so I’m told that it should help me to get the current best mortgage rate that is available to me.  Geeze…I wish I just had all the cash to buy a home outright!  LOL!
