But wow&#8230;what a long time to have a mortgage &#8212; are the 30 year fixed mortgage rates better and good enough to want to pay on a house for so long?</p>
<p>Luckily, I am still really young so if I wanted to do a house up on 30 year fixed mortgage rates I should still be living when it is all paid off!  LOL!</p>

<p>A lot of people are going to read this blog and think I don;t have a clue about refinancing home mortgage calculators or anything else related to this type of thing but I won&#8217;t lie&#8230;..of course I don&#8217;t.  I&#8217;m just thinking that someone who does know will put in some good comments to answer my questions about things like refinancing home mortgage calculator and lots of other home buying stuff.</p>

<p>When people are getting ready to buy a new house, where do they check the current home mortgage interest rates?  Internet?  Phone or visit the bank?  Newspapers?   Television?</p>
