What is the difference between a refinancing home mortgage payment calculator and any other tool to calculate a mortgage?  I have seen these sites and little online widgets for figuring out what your payments are going to be, what kind of down payment you have to come up with and all those sorts of things.  However, what the heck is this thing called a refinancing home mortgage calculator?
